This welding cart uses a lead screw and nut for horizontal adjustment. The slide guide structure is integrated with the base, resulting in a low center of gravity, ensuring stability, reliability, and smooth, flexible adjustment. Vertical feed utilizes a lead screw and nut and slide guide, with a bearing-equipped rotating shaft for flexible rotation. The structure is simple and easy to operate. The wire feeding geared motor and cantilever arm are integrated, resulting in lightweight construction, a reasonable center of gravity distribution, and a neat appearance, increasing the stability of the welding cart during the welding process. The column has a large lifting range and flexible operation; the conductive rod can be extended arbitrarily; the improved nozzle tee structure and easily machined conductive nozzle further facilitate the welding of H-beams, plates, and pressure vessels.

During jogging wire feeding, the wire automatically stops feeding upon contact with the workpiece to prevent wire bending and interference with arc ignition.
